PRODUCT INFO
Freshies are made from aroma beads soaked in various frangrances. Freshies are created in the oven and are heat resistant. The are decorated with mica coloring and design features may include glitter, ribbon, beads, or cardstock.
Freshies are packaged in smell proof bags to ensure the longevity of the scent while waiting to be used.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you have received the wrong fragrance or design, please advise and we will replace with the correct item. Please be sure to check all orders before finalizing to be sure your order is correct. Replacements will be given for items packaged in error.
SHIPPING INFO
Please note, Freshie beads must soak for an average of 1 to 3 days for frangrance to soak in. If your custom order included a fragrance not in stock or a custom blend, please be patient as additional fragrance may need to be ordered to fulfill your order.
Freshie production turn around will depend on your order size and will be discussed at the time of order.
Custom Freshies will be delivered or shipped as discussed upon order finalization.
